E-Commerce & Digital Advertising / Marketing Executive-Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven E‑Commerce & Digital Advertising/Marketing Executive‑Manager to lead online sales growth and digital marketing initiatives for our FMCG and household goods portfolio in Kuwait. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and e‑commerce operations management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand sales across e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and other channels.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and online revenue.
• Oversee website content, product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports and analyse KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates and CAC.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, design and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online advertising.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or household goods sector is preferred.
