Ecologist (Environmental Scientist Level II)

About the role

Worley is seeking an Ecologist (Environmental Scientist Level II) to join its technical team in Kuwait. Reporting to the Technical Manager and Projects Manager, you will support sustainable energy projects through on‑site monitoring, data collection, and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring and supervise on‑site operations.
• Prepare data reports, write technical reports, and interpret results.
• Manage on‑site equipment and oversee sample collection.
• Ensure work complies with applicable codes, standards, and contractual terms.
• Mentor junior staff and deliver training programs for local Kuwaiti personnel.

Required profile

• Degree in Ecology or an equivalent diploma (essential).
• Experience on PMC projects within engineering, oil & gas, or related industries.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of contractual terms, commercial contract law, and process engineering across the project life‑cycle.
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
