E‑Commerce & Data Entry Officer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce & Data Entry Officer to drive online revenue and support digital marketing initiatives for our food & beverage portfolio in Kuwait. The role combines strategic campaign management, SEO optimisation, and meticulous product data handling to enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online sales.
• Manage paid advertising, optimise product listings for SEO, and run email campaigns.
• Analyse user data to improve conversion rates and overall shopping experience.
• Plan and launch PPC, social media, display, and affiliate campaigns.
• Optimise website structure, product descriptions and category pages for higher rankings.
• Monitor platform analytics (bounce rate, CAC, ROI) using Google Analytics and adjust tactics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date digital catalogues and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Design lifecycle and email marketing programmes (cart abandonment, newsletters, promotions).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business technology, marketing, computer science or communications (master’s a plus).
• 5‑7 years proven experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the F&B sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; copy‑writing experience is advantageous.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
