Electrical Engineer & Sales Pre‑Sales Roles in Kuwait

About the role

Our client, a leading trading and engineering firm in Kuwait, is expanding its team. They are looking for qualified Electrical Engineers and Sales/Pre‑Sales Engineers to support project delivery and business development across the electrical and ELV sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical submittals, material approvals, BOQs, cost estimates and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and international manufacturers.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and project hand‑over activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships and follow up on quotations.
• Attend client meetings, technical presentations and clarification sessions.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with schedule, quality and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region.
• Experience in electrical projects, contracting, sales or pre‑sales within the electrical or ELV sector.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Electrical system design and analysis.
• Interpretation of electrical drawings and single‑line diagrams.
• Preparation of technical submittals, BOQs and cost estimates.
• Knowledge of ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling).
• Project documentation and compliance management.
• Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning processes.
• Troubleshooting and engineering solution development.
