Electrical Engineer & Sales Pre‑Sales Roles – Kuwait

About the role

Our client, a leading trading and engineering company in Kuwait, is expanding its team and looking for motivated professionals to fill three key positions: Electrical Engineer, Sales & Pre‑Sales Electrical Engineer, and Sales & Pre‑Sales Engineer – ELV Systems. The roles combine technical project delivery with business development in the electrical sector across the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and technical requirements; prepare technical submittals and material approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with standards and timely execution.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over of electrical projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, technical proposals and commercial quotations for tender submissions.
• Liaise with international manufacturers to verify technical compliance, product selection, pricing and lead times.
• Present technical solutions, attend client meetings and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
• For ELV systems, promote solutions such as CCTV, access control and structured cabling, and prepare related bid documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical projects, sales or pre‑sales within the Gulf region.
• Proven ability to work with project specifications, drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
