About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead installation, maintenance and testing activities on construction sites in Kuwait. The role requires a valid Kuwait driving licence and a diploma in Electrical Engineering, with a strong focus on safety, quality and project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all electrical installation, maintenance and testing works ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment to guarantee timely execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure a safe working environment.
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in electrical supervision.
- Valid Kuwait driving licence (mandatory).
- Previous experience on KNPC or KOC projects is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
