EM Launch Lead & EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced professional to lead the commercial launch of the Imaavy product in Emerging Markets and manage the EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait and will drive growth, minimize erosion, and prepare new product launches in close partnership with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial responsibility and cross‑functional coordination for the Imaavy launch and the EMEA VMAX PAH portfolio.
• Develop and execute brand strategy, promotional activities, and lifecycle management plans.
• Manage market intelligence, BI data, and monitor biosimilar entry.
• Define brand positioning, launch readiness dashboards, and deliver pre‑launch training.
• Forecast demand, plan resources, and assess global financial launch support (GFLS).
• Lead pre‑launch activities, create detailed launch plans, and act as the knowledge hub between Emerging Markets and the global organization.
• Share best practices across OpCos and identify untapped opportunities to boost execution excellence.

Required profile

• Proven commercial responsibility and launch leadership experience in emerging markets for pharmaceutical or med‑tech products.
• Strong ability to collaborate with regional OpCos, global teams, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in brand strategy, market data management, and lifecycle management.
• Track record of delivering successful product launches and pipeline planning.
