Embedded Service Manager – Kuwait

About the role

Jeppesen ForeFlight is looking for an experienced Embedded Service Manager to work on‑site with the Kuwait Air Force. You will act as the primary liaison between Jeppesen and the customer, ensuring the successful adoption, operation, and continuous value of our flight‑planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily subject‑matter‑expert support for Jeppesen and Boeing scoped products and services.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions for military users, managers, and administrators.
• Participate in aviation working groups and maintain expert‑level knowledge of flight‑planning processes and technologies.
• Perform remote and on‑site troubleshooting, problem resolution, and data‑validation activities.
• Oversee delivery and governance of scoped services, tracking all support requests through the formal case process.
• Communicate progress and status using business tools, including Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, with expertise in flight planning, operations, support, or dispatch.
• Aeronautical background such as flight‑deck operations, piloting, international flight planning, aircraft dispatch, airline or military flight operations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to meet Kuwait Ministry of Defense base‑security requirements.
