About the role

The EMT Basic will support fire and medical emergency response operations in Kuwait for V2X, providing on‑scene care, patient assessment, and transport coordination.

Key responsibilities

Respond to fire, medical and related emergency calls when dispatched.
Assess patients, obtain medical history, perform physical examinations, and deliver emergency care on scene and during transport.
Use medical equipment to evaluate injuries or illness and communicate status to paramedics and the Medical Officer.
Educate staff and the public on fire safety and prevention.
Maintain readiness of EMS equipment and ensure compliance with fire department procedures.

Required profile

Nationally registered EMT‑Basic with at least 2 years of emergency health‑care experience.
Minimum two years of ambulance response experience.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Physically able to lift at least 100 lb and perform heavy‑work duties on rotating shifts.

Required skills

EMT‑Basic certification.
CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.
Computer, copier and scanning proficiency.
