Engineers & Technicians – Manufacturing Roles in Kuwait

About the role
We are expanding our Hygiene Products Manufacturing team in Kuwait and are looking for experienced engineers and technicians to support production operations. The roles cover engineering disciplines and hands‑on technical support for manufacturing equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure continuous plant uptime.
- Support process improvements and equipment upgrades in tissue, paper, packaging or FMCG lines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
- Experience with converting or packaging machinery is highly preferred.
