ENT Registrar

About the role

The ENT Registrar will work on‑site in Kuwait City, delivering clinical care to patients with ear, nose and throat conditions under senior supervision. This full‑time position involves patient assessment, documentation, and participation in multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories and perform ENT examinations.
• Document patient care, prepare treatment plans and order/review investigations.
• Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics and surgical lists as required.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and quality‑improvement activities.
• Assist in teaching junior staff and engage in continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with completed internship and registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant medical council.
• Clinical experience in ENT or related specialties, including diagnostic evaluation and involvement in procedural care.
• Strong knowledge of ENT anatomy, common conditions and evidence‑based management guidelines.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and communicate clearly with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Professionalism, ethical practice and respect for diverse patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kuwait City and comply with local licensing requirements.
• Previous experience in teaching, mentoring or clinical audits is an advantage.
