Entertainment and Events Manager – Consultant

About the role

The Entertainment and Events Manager – Consultant will lead the planning, curation, and execution of all entertainment and event programming for JON. This role ensures seamless delivery, high‑quality guest experiences, and commercially successful events that reflect JON’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage JON’s entertainment and events calendar.
• Plan and execute on‑site events, including public, corporate, and brand activations.
• Source, book, and manage local and international talent.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Secure all required permits and licenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and entertainment agencies.
• Ensure high‑quality guest experience and appropriate ambiance.
• Monitor event budgets and enforce cost control.
• Continuously enhance programming to drive repeat visitation.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of experience in events, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Proven track record managing live entertainment and large‑scale events.
• Experience in destination‑based or seasonal venues is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to food‑and‑beverage‑driven events and guest‑experience environments.
