Entertainment & Events Manager – Consultant

About the role

The Entertainment & Events Manager – Consultant will shape immersive live‑music programmes and seasonal activations for a premium waterfront venue in Kuwait. You will drive guest‑experience frameworks that boost foot traffic and premium dining revenue while ensuring compliance with local licensing and permitting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing venue layouts and brand identities to design immersive live‑music and seasonal activation concepts.
• Develop high‑efficiency contract templates, performance standards and vetted sourcing channels for regional DJs, live musicians and AV vendors.
• Lead turnkey operational delivery for major seasonal activations or venue launches, managing budgets and rapid build‑out timelines.
• Create structured compliance playbooks linking entertainment schedules to kitchen capacities and ensure seamless navigation of government permits and entertainment licences across Kuwait and the GCC.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in events, entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven track record managing live entertainment and large‑scale events.
• Strong exposure to food‑and‑beverage driven events and guest‑experience environments.
• Experience in destination‑based or seasonal venues is highly preferred.
