Entertainment & Events Manager – Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment & Events Manager to lead the creation and execution of immersive live‑music programmes, seasonal activations, and premium guest experiences for a waterfront venue in Kuwait. The role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and compliance oversight to boost foot traffic and dining revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing venue layouts and brand identity to design immersive entertainment concepts.
• Develop contract templates, performance standards, and vetted sourcing channels for DJs, live musicians, and AV vendors.
• Lead turnkey delivery of major seasonal activations and venue launches, managing budgets and rapid build‑out timelines.
• Create compliance playbooks that align entertainment schedules with kitchen capacity and local permitting requirements across Kuwait and the GCC.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in events, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Proven track record managing live entertainment and large‑scale events.
• Strong exposure to food‑and‑beverage‑driven events and guest‑experience environments.
• Experience with destination‑based or seasonal venues is highly preferred.
