Event Executive

About the role

The Event Executive will coordinate and execute a variety of events at Symphony Style Hotel, ensuring each function meets brand standards and client expectations. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting clients from initial contact through post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as banquet, sales, catering, and front office to ensure seamless event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Monitor event timelines, logistical details, budgets, and quality of service, handling last‑minute changes professionally.
• Maintain accurate event documentation, prepare post‑event reports, and contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong event planning and coordination abilities, able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality or events, preferably within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client, vendor, and internal team interactions.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and service quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
