Event Quality Executive / Stylist

About the role

The Event Quality Executive/Stylist is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of group events at our hotel in Kuwait City. You will manage on‑site details, coordinate with clients and vendors, and uphold the high standards of service expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow detailed checklists and itineraries for each event.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, outside vendors, and meeting planners.
• Design, confirm, and communicate room layouts and set‑up requirements.
• Enter, update, and retrieve event information in computer databases.
• Operate standard office equipment and handle document transmission.
• Prepare weekly departmental payroll paperwork.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company safety, security, and appearance policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and ensure a professional environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related event or hospitality experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer database entry and basic office software.
• Effective verbal and written communication in a professional setting.
