Executive Administrator

About the role

The Executive Administrator will lead engineering, inspection and surveying teams for V2X operations in Kuwait, ensuring all activities comply with Vectrus policies, safety procedures and local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and direct management of engineering, inspection and surveyor teams.
• Oversee inspections, installations, maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and safety standards.
• Review detailed designs, resolve emerging issues, and mentor staff while liaising with stakeholders.
• Generate Statements of Work, evaluate subcontractor proposals and manage risk assessments for projects.

Required profile

• BS/MA in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering managerial experience, including 5 years in specialized managerial roles.
• PMP certification and a valid driver’s license for Kuwait.
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills, with the ability to produce technical documentation in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building mechanical codes, International Building Code (IBC), UFC and US Army codes.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong numeracy and IT competencies.
