Executive Assistant – High-Level Support for Senior Management

About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and organisational support to the senior management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, presentations and follow‑ups.
- Screen calls, emails and correspondence, prioritising urgent matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Act as liaison between executives and internal departments, clients, suppliers and partners.
- Organise filing systems, expense reports and administrative paperwork.
- Arrange local and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Support special projects, data gathering and management reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior or C‑level executives is preferred.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
