Executive Secretary

About the role

The Executive Secretary serves as the primary point of contact for the Country Manager's Office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to enable the Country Manager to focus on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for the Country Manager, handling communication, coordination, and follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Review, validate, and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents before submission.
• Organize executive meetings and management reviews, prepare agendas, consolidate supporting documents, record minutes, and monitor action‑item closure.
• Manage the Country Manager's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and business commitments.
• Track and follow up on management decisions, directives, approvals, strategic initiatives, and key deliverables across departments.
• Maintain confidential records, executive correspondence, and official documentation.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as required.
