Experienced Project Manager – Technology & AI

About the role

Avinity Consulting is seeking an Experienced Technology & AI Project Manager to lead AI, software‑development and digital‑transformation initiatives for its GCC and European clients. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, from discovery through to deployment and closure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and govern AI, software‑development, data and digital‑transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and governance artefacts.
• Manage scope, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, steering committees and issue‑resolution meetings.
• Translate business requirements into structured work packages and technical tasks.
• Monitor progress, resource utilisation, milestones and overall performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, action trackers and presentations.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment readiness, stakeholder acceptance and project closure.
• Support PMO governance, quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology and AI projects in a consulting or services environment.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and work effectively with developers, ML engineers, data specialists, QA teams and solution architects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
