Facilities & Warehouse Operations Lead

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Ardiya, Kuwait as the Facilities & Warehouse Operations Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day management of company facilities and the efficient operation of a busy warehouse, ensuring safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities operations, including cleanliness, functionality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee vendor contracts for maintenance, utilities and services.
• Lead space planning, office moves and infrastructure upgrades.
• Supervise warehouse staff, inventory management, receiving, storage and dispatch processes.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, SOPs and HSE policies.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Drive logistics, layout and workflow improvements.
• Handle billing and invoicing for warehouse customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Facilities Management certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with warehouse management software.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process‑improvement methodologies.
