Facility Coordinator – Maintenance Materials Management

About the role
The Facility Coordinator will support the maintenance operations of Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait. This role ensures that all required supplies, spare parts, tools and equipment are available to keep plant assets running efficiently. You will work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to streamline material flow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requisitions for maintenance supplies, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely availability of maintenance materials.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance supplies and requisitions.
- Monitor material requirements to support efficient maintenance activities.
- Perform other related maintenance support duties as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance services within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or related process industry.
- Experience in maintenance materials, spare parts and procurement coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
