F&B Supervisor – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our service team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of service, oversee daily operations, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front‑of‑house activities within the F&B department.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Control inventory, order supplies, and oversee cost‑effective operations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Asian nationality with a valid transferable Visa 18.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, customer service orientation, and ability to join immediately.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English communication.
