About the role
We are seeking a motivated female Administrative Assistant to join our reputable firm in Fahaheel on an urgent basis. The role involves providing comprehensive office support, including assistance to HR, accounting and other departments, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Support HR, accounting, and other departments as required.
Required profile
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reside in Fahaheel, Mangaf, or Abu Halifa and able to join immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
