Field Service Technician – Offshore

About the role

We are seeking experienced Field Specialists (FS1, FS2 & FS3) to join our offshore operations team. The role supports wellhead, tree, and pressure control equipment across multiple oil & gas projects, ensuring reliable performance in challenging offshore environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and repair offshore wellhead equipment.
• Support drilling and production operations on offshore installations.
• Perform pressure testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and offshore crews.
• Prepare daily operational and maintenance reports.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist with equipment logistics, inspections, and maintenance planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of offshore oil & gas or wellhead equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with drilling and production operations.
• Comfortable using technical procedures and digital reporting systems.
• Offshore safety certifications preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Flexible attitude toward rotational and offshore work schedules.
