Field Specialist II – Site Operations & Service Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Field Specialist II to coordinate and oversee activities at our field sites, ensuring high‑quality service delivery to customers. The role blends planning, execution, and follow‑up tasks while managing crews and equipment in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily job activities, provide clear instructions to crews, and allocate equipment.
• Coordinate and direct service operators during field operations.
• Oversee clean‑up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Monitor and evaluate crew performance, delivering training to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lb and stand or walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
• Comfort working in confined spaces, at heights, and in extreme weather conditions.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and power tools.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures.
