Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Finance Director by leading the finance analysis function for a specific business unit. This role blends leadership with hands‑on financial work, driving budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to monitor and interpret financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, integrating inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic, business and quarterly review reports for corporate management.
• Review and enhance financial systems, recommend improvements and support new system implementations.
• Conduct revenue‑enhancing and cost‑saving analyses, including pricing and profitability studies.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 4‑8 years of post‑qualification finance experience, including at least 1 year as a Finance Manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts with excellent analytical capability.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
