Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will join the finance team to deliver clear, accurate and insightful business and financial analysis. The role supports business planning, project work and specialist ad‑hoc reporting, helping managers understand performance trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the company’s value drivers and create analytics around key performance indicators.
• Analyse business performance, balanced scorecards, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue trends, promotions, pricing, capital expenditure approvals, cash flow, working capital, cost levels and customer profitability.
• Prepare clear analysis for monthly reports to highlight ongoing and emerging trends for management.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, providing high‑quality analysis and decision‑support to build trusted partnerships.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification finance experience.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on identifying key business drivers.
• Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter who can work across functions and in teams, comfortable with unstructured assignments.
• Positive attitude, flexibility in a multicultural environment, and fluent English communication skills.
