Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will join the finance team to deliver clear, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis. The role supports business planning, project work, and ad‑hoc reporting, helping managers make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse the company’s value drivers.
• Create analytics around key performance indicators, including business performance, balanced scorecard, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue analysis, promotions, pricing, capital expenditure approvals, cash flow, working capital, cost analysis, and customer profitability.
• Prepare clear analysis for monthly management reports to highlight trends.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, providing high‑quality analysis and building trusted partnerships.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification finance experience.
• Strong analytical ability to identify and interpret business drivers.
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter, able to work across functions and in multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• PowerPoint for presentation of analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
