Fire‑Fighting Technician & Pipe Fitter – Immediate Hire

About the role

SAFEX is seeking experienced Fire‑Fighting Technicians and Pipe Fitters to join its operations in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of fire protection equipment, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and compliant with local and international safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and test fire pumps, sprinkler systems, fire hydrants and hose reels.
• Perform routine inspections and functional tests to guarantee 100 % system readiness.
• Ensure all fire protection installations meet Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) standards and relevant international codes.
• Document maintenance activities and report any non‑conformities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with fire‑fighting or fire‑protection systems.
• Technical education – ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Transferable visa preferred; immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Fire pump operation and maintenance.
• Sprinkler system servicing.
• Fire hydrant and hose reel repair.
• Pipe fitting and related mechanical work.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting for fire‑protection equipment.
