Fit-Out Project Foreman (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Project Foreman to lead interior fit‑out works on construction sites in Farwaniya, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating labor teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on‑site fit‑out activities.
• Coordinate labor crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor progress against schedules and resolve any on‑site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Report daily progress to project management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of fit‑out project experience in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out works and construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage site activities and labor teams effectively.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Holder of a transferable visa (Article 18).
