Fit‑Out Engineers and Draftsmen – Multiple Roles in Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our fit‑out team in Kuwait and are looking for experienced professionals to fill several key positions, including Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Draftsman and Project Coordinator. Each role focuses on delivering high‑quality interior fit‑out projects for commercial and residential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Civil Engineer – oversee site execution, manage fit‑out projects and ensure compliance with local standards.
• Mechanical Engineer – coordinate HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting systems throughout the fit‑out process.
• Draftsman – produce detailed interior fit‑out shop drawings using AutoCAD; 3D knowledge is a plus.
• Project Coordinator – prepare BOQs, price work, manage procurement, maintain project documentation and support overall coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of Kuwait fit‑out experience (mandatory for all positions).
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Transferable visa (category 18) is advantageous.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (3D knowledge advantageous).
• HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting coordination.
• BOQ preparation, pricing and procurement.
• Project documentation and coordination.
