Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead daily fleet operations in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing drivers, ensuring vehicle safety, and coordinating logistics to support timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet and delivery activities, monitoring driver attendance, performance and discipline.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs, and track fuel consumption and documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and monitor GPS tracking and delivery performance.
• Handle driver issues, operational problems and ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and operations departments to align fleet activities with business needs.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor or in a similar role within delivery or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait roads and locations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to manage a large number of drivers and vehicles.
• Transferable visa (18 Ahli) preferred; valid Kuwait driving licence is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fleet tracking systems.
• Experience using GPS tracking for vehicle monitoring.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
