Fleet Supervisor

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead daily fleet operations for our delivery and logistics business in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing drivers, ensuring vehicle safety, and coordinating maintenance to guarantee efficient transportation services.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations and delivery activities.
- Monitor drivers' attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Track fuel consumption and manage vehicle documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Monitor GPS tracking and delivery performance.
- Handle driver issues and operational problems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and operations departments.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience in delivery or logistics companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait roads and locations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Capability to manage a large number of drivers and vehicles.
- Transferable Visa (18 Ahli) preferred; valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
