Fleet Supervisor – Manage Daily Fleet Operations

About the role
The Fleet Supervisor will oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation and delivery activities across Kuwait. This role involves supervising drivers, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and monitoring performance through GPS and reporting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations and delivery activities.
- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Track fuel consumption and manage vehicle documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Monitor GPS tracking and delivery performance.
- Handle driver issues and resolve operational problems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and operations departments.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor or similar role, preferably in delivery or logistics.
- Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and locations.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage a large number of drivers and vehicles.
- Transferable Visa (18 Ahli) preferred.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with fleet tracking systems.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking and reporting tools.
