Floor Manager – Premium Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations in a premium fine‑dining restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure every guest receives a seamless, personalized experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, elegance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling VIPs with discretion and addressing feedback promptly.
• Oversee daily floor operations, coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage reservations, seating plans, and table turnover.
• Supervise, train, and mentor service staff; conduct pre‑shift briefings and enforce grooming and etiquette standards.
• Maintain premium service standards, ensure proper table settings, ambiance, cleanliness, and monitor food and beverage presentation.
• Drive revenue through upselling, promote high‑margin items, and support achievement of revenue targets.
• Prepare shift reports, monitor attendance and scheduling, and assist with inventory control as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑of‑house management within a fine‑dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail, elegance, and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead and develop a service team, conduct briefings, and enforce service standards.
• Excellent communication skills for handling guest requests, complaints, and VIP interactions.
• Capability to coordinate with kitchen and bar teams and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
