About the role
The Floor Supervisor ensures smooth day‑to‑day restaurant operations, upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with brand norms.
- Check merchandise and displays daily to maintain brand standards.
- Conduct monthly inventory of brand equipment and follow established procedures.
- Supervise staff, delegate tasks, set deadlines, monitor results and provide training.
- Greet customers, present menus, assist with selections and ensure table satisfaction.
Required profile
- Technical degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in food & beverage operations.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification.
