About the role

Gifts Gate, a leading gift and floral retailer in Kuwait, is looking for a creative Florist to join its Kuwait City store. This full‑time, on‑site role involves designing and assembling flower arrangements for a variety of occasions, from everyday celebrations to weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Select fresh flowers and materials and prepare high‑quality bouquets and displays.
• Design custom floral arrangements that match client preferences and seasonal trends.
• Decorate store areas, event venues, and seasonal visual merchandising displays.
• Interact directly with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring a friendly service experience.
• Maintain inventory by trimming, watering, and organizing flowers.
• Assist with visual merchandising and occasional event set‑up.

Required profile

• Strong ability in flower arrangement and floral design with an eye for colour, balance and style.
• Creative mindset to develop unique and themed designs.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English and/or Arabic is advantageous.
