About the role

We are looking for a creative Florist to work directly with clients in Kuwait, helping them bring their floral visions to life for weddings, events, and special occasions. The role involves designing custom arrangements, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their floral needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions.
• Maintain and care for a variety of fresh flowers and plants.
• Order, receive, and manage deliveries of flowers and supplies.
• Price and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide professional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a florist or floral design role.
• Strong knowledge of flower types, seasonal availability, and design techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with flower arrangement software or tools.
