Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee flawless event setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details and updates to all Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage event breakdown, guaranteeing proper storage of equipment for subsequent functions.
• Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring, and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to protect guests and team members.
