Food & Beverage Captain (CP)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Captain (CP) to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional, personalized dining experience for our guests. The role involves coordinating service staff, maintaining brand standards, and supporting seamless collaboration with the kitchen and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily restaurant operations to deliver smooth service.
• Greet guests, take and manage orders accurately, and ensure high-quality presentation.
• Supervise, mentor, and support service staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain IHG service standards, brand policies, and hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across dining areas.
• Assist with daily setup, table arrangements, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Support efficiency during high‑volume periods while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock control, and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading restaurant or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong ability to supervise, mentor and motivate service staff.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with IHG service standards and brand policies.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards.
