Fragrance Sales Adviser

About the role

The Fragrance Sales Adviser will work on‑site in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area, providing customers with personalized fragrance recommendations and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This full‑time position focuses on driving sales while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting fragrances and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on new fragrance launches.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure store displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a passion for delivering personalized experiences.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to continuously improve product knowledge through training.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous retail or fragrance sales experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
