Freelance Civil Engineer – Project-Based Roles in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking qualified Civil Engineers to join our freelance network for project‑based assignments in Kuwait. The role involves delivering design, supervision and consultancy services for a variety of infrastructure and building projects across the Ahmadi region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Provide cost estimates, feasibility studies and progress reports.
• Support project teams in delivering milestones on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid professional engineering license (if applicable) in Kuwait.
• Proven experience in infrastructure or building projects.
• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
• Strong communication skills in English.
