Freelance Junior Journalist & AI Trainer (Project‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Junior Journalist to work as an AI Trainer on project‑based assignments. You will create and refine text that helps AI models understand and generate human‑like language, focusing on reasoning, logic, nuance and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, clear, fact‑checked responses according to project guidelines.
• Generate challenging prompts that test AI capabilities.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI answers.
• Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency across outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in journalism, communications, PR or a related field.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely on a part‑time basis.
