Fresh Graduate Account Officer & Product Specialist (Kuwait)

About the role

Huawei Technologies is seeking fresh graduates to join its Kuwait team as Account Officers and Product Specialists. These entry‑level positions offer the chance to work on real projects, support senior staff, and develop expertise in telecom and ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers in maintaining client relationships and understanding customer network requirements.
• Participate as a project team member, contributing to tasks such as contract documentation, dispute resolution support, and solution value proposition delivery.
• Take charge of customer insight, develop product‑oriented solutions, and support the creation of intelligent O&M service plans.
• Identify sales opportunities, promote new solutions, and help achieve order and market targets.
• Conduct market surveys, guide customers in budget development, and support business growth for the regional office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecom, Networking, Communication or a related discipline from a top university in Kuwait.
• Fresh graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Majors in communications, electronics, computer or software engineering are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and participation in student unions or social activities is a plus.

Required skills

• Huawei certification (HCIA, HCIP, HCIE) or willingness to obtain it.
• Basic knowledge of telecom networks and ICT industry practices.
