About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is a full‑time, on‑site position at Crown Dental Center in Al Asimah, Kuwait. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and send reminders.
Maintain and update patient records, perform data entry and filing.
Coordinate with dental staff to support daily clinic operations.
Provide clear information about services, policies, and clinic procedures.

Required profile

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; training in office administration or customer service is advantageous.
