Full-Time Waiter

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters to join our restaurant team and deliver a pleasant dining experience to our guests. The role involves taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes when required, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring high service standards.
• Maintain clean, well‑kept tables and dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality (premium experience preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management diploma is a plus.
• Presentable, customer‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
