Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Management (Business School)

About the role

The School of Business at American International University (AIU) seeks a full‑time faculty member in Management. Depending on qualifications, the appointment may be at the rank of Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses, develop curricula, supervise projects, and contribute to the university’s research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in Management and at least one related Business discipline such as Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Supply Chain Management.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted design tools and interactive platforms, into teaching and curriculum design.
• Develop and update course materials to meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Supervise senior projects, mentor students, and maintain rigorous assessment practices.
• Maintain an active research profile, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at national and international conferences.
• Participate in departmental, school, and university committees, accreditation activities, and student recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience for Associate and Full Professor ranks.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and a strong record of scholarly or professional practice.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience working in multicultural academic environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard software tools.
• Familiarity with AI implementation in educational contexts (preferred).
