Gastroenterology Consultant – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Consultant/Specialist with strong expertise in endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures to provide high‑quality patient care and manage complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and support junior medical staff as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s or postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology or a relevant specialty.
• Several years of post‑graduation experience for a consultant level (or specialist level).
• Specialized endoscopy training or a 6‑12 month endoscopy fellowship.
• GCI & GCA accreditation is mandatory.
