Job description

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Consultant/Specialist with strong expertise in endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures to provide high‑quality patient care in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
Develop treatment plans and provide patient follow‑up.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Support and guide junior medical staff when required.

Required profile

Master’s/Postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology or a relevant specialty.
Several years of post‑graduation experience for a consultant level or specialist level.
Specialized Endoscopy training or a 6‑12 month Endoscopy Fellowship.
GCI & GCA accreditation mandatory.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and decision‑making skills.
